There are times when mental, physical, and spiritual exhaustion overwhelm us. We just need a break. Did you know that you can find true rest for your soul through the words of the Bible? God tells us there about a place of rest—a place we can know in part now and will know fully one day. From the beginning of creation, God has been showing us how to rest in Him. God even instituted the Sabbath, a day of rest. Many believers observe Sunday as the day of rest, a day set apart to enjoy God and His faithfulness.
